Here's a new one...what is a Zebra unit? I heard a unit on Seattle being called Zebra XXX.

Also on Friday I heard a lot activity with "Frank" units being dispatched by Seattle (I think). Their numbers were between F-7 and 385...any ideas?

Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but from what I recall Zebra units are SWAT units.

Also, isn't the designation in Seattle based on sectors so a Frank unit is from one of the F sectors shown at http://www.interceptradio.com/interceptnw/tempspd.htm (in tacoma the name of the unit has to do primarly with the shift the unit is son).
