Location: South King County or the beach, usually one or the other.
It is possible that I may be traveling through part of the midwest in the next two weeks (it's cold, I know.) Could be going through Minnesota, the Dakota's, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Montana orWyoming.
Can anyone advise whether it is illegal to operate a scanner in a vehicle in any of these states. I am also looking for the State Police/Patrol or Highway Patrol frequencies in these states.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Many thanks,
