I've seen it NLEC, NATLAW, & Nat'l LERN depending on my geographic location.

McKenzie County errors fixed in this post, more new stuff:

151.460 ($788 )- Watford City police dispatch

154.935 ($788 )- Input to 151.460

154.115 (CSQ)- McKenzie County local government channel. Roads, school buses, EMS and fire dispatching all on here.

153.755 (CSQ)- Input to 154.115

154.875 (127.3)- McKenzie County Sheriff dispatch, also used by fire and EMS for responses.

158.925 (127.3)- Input to 154.875 for south county operations; "Grassy Butte" repeater.

158.925 (136.5)- Input to 154.875 for west county operations; "Sather (Dam)" repeater.

158.925 (146.2)- Input to 154.875 for east county operations; "Keene" repeater.

155.040 (127.3)- Billings County fire and EMS dispatch. Called "County channel", Sheriff units use this one as well for coordination with fire/EMS responses.

155.040 ($572)- Possibly Williams County public works. Simplex, some encryption.

153.785 (D664)- Unknown area school buse. Repeated.

155.700 (127.3)- Town of Alexander "First Responders" volunteer fire and EMS, local channel. Dispatched on 154.115 McKenzie County dispatch. Repeated.

153.980 (127.3)- Input to 155.700

155.145 (127.3)- Mountrail County fire dispatch.

Whoops. Part of that notation was meant for something else. Alexander First Responders are dispatched on this channel, through what sounds like a phone patch, complete with DTMF and dial tones. Sorry.

Interesting. About 2 hours ago I was on break and was glassing a KC-135 flying over at around 5000 AGL.

McKenzie County Sheriff just broadcast a BOLO for a "large, multi-engine aircraft trailing smoke and descending rapidly", about 25 miles south of me.
