Seattle dispatch lists a "MAB1" anyone know about that unit?
Per SFD now 4 DOA

Medical Ambulance Bus. I think it lives at Station 39. Basically, a bus with an internal layout designed to be able to transport large numbers of non-serious injuries.

That makes sense since SFD does not transport BLS! That probably stripped AMR of all their units in the Puget Sound area. Their was a report that an SFD Engine transported a patient to the hospital?

One Medic truck stalled at 8 AV/JAMES ST, and an engine crew assisted in getting the intubated patient on the stretcher out of the back of the Medic truck, and pushing the stretcher two blocks up hill and one block south the the ER entrance at HMC.
