My quest to identify this cartoon looking cardboard disk has been unsuccessful.
It was included in a coin collection that was pass on from my dad.

It's about the size of a quarter. The back is brown cardboard.
Several people have brought up the Dick Tracy series. I have researched it and it just does not fit the bill.

Any clues would be very much appreciated.

Ive been sitting here trying to identify the graphic on the hat. Looks something other than law enforcement and a little detailed.

No luck on any of the image ID sources out there I know of..
