I finally got around to watching this movie. Is this the best scanner buff sociopath movie ever made while simultaneously being the "Network" of our times? Let's all be like Lou and chase come calls with a camera! 10-4!

Nothing to do with anything, I just have always liked this tune.

Okay I watched this movie. Very strange. Not really as creepy as I thought it would be... perhaps in a dark theater it might have been. Not a date movie either.

Meh, I personally didn't think the content was much of a shocker.

There's a plot hole in the middle of the movie which was never fully explained. Also, the scanner scenes are almost comical. The main scanners they shot were not even programmed correctly. (It always amazes me how bad tech is shown in movies...)

Instead of thinking about the movie's plot (which I'm not sure there is one), I couldn't help but wonder if Scannermasters was a sponsor.

At least they were accurate about the locations and streets. Saw a number of familiar places. I was impressed by the first scanner receiving LAPD P25, never knew a scanner that old had that capability.

Rich, I noticed that too but I figured he was probably hearing LA County Sheriff/Fire/EMS? The LAPD traffic came later...
