Hmm, it's very interesting that the FCC takes down its [automated] online systems... during the shutdown. I didn't realize government computers compromised a part of the federal workforce? :lol:

yep, tried to turn in a spotter report online and the guy on the secret 800 number wasn't aware of the NOAA page being limited.
