I have a friend who is still active duty and goes a lot of places, often on short notice, to do things. I felt fairly confident as he does comms, so I sent him along with a TRX-1 on a weeklong sojourn to Camp McCain, MS (though his hotel was an hour south). This, being a first attempt, didn't go so well (See the SE forum).
I plan to make this a thread as he and this radio travel.
