Looks like next year Snohomish Police service will be handed over to the Snohomish County Sheriff, I guess it will be like the City of Stanwood where we have a police chief who is in fact a Sheriff, Tom Davis was our last one and now he is the under Sheriff, they have a different paint job on there cars then the regular Sheriff and ware different uniforms.
I wonder if they will be on SCSO East,West or North. I see that there has been no update to the database, here on this from about 2009.I listen to north air all of the time so I know they are not there, maybe Rodentkj has some in-site on this.

Ya, who knows what direction it could go.
They could, as you mentioned, use custom cruisers and uniforms and staff them with SCSO deputies. Or it could be a standard deputy in a standard patrol car. The city counsel members may want to keep that "homwtown" feel by having patrol cars and uniforms that specifically reference City of Snohomish PD. I guess it's all about the money really.

My gut feeling tells me we will hear them on East TAC.

Like Stanwood and SCSO, Maple Valley contracts the police force with KCSO. And has their own Chief of police. On the back quarter panel it has the KCSO tag.
