Post subject: NHP Winnemucca West?

Can anyone tell me why I can only hear NHP out of Elko in Winnemucca? I know NHP west of Winnemucca run out of Carson City dispatch, but for some reason I cant find a repeater around here I can tune in and get them on. Any one have any info on this?

Is this true for both the Battle Mt. and Winnemucca Mt. repeaters ? Or just one of them ?

I've been to Wnni a few times. (Fly J there)
I-80 NV @ SR 93 or 95? (Can't remember)
Cool thing about NV, one can run about 80 (in a big truck) and not be bothered, cuz no-ones around.
