Has anyone found the new 800 numbers for NHP around Winnemucca NV? the ones from 856.4625 to 859.4625 are no longer good. here is what I've accomplished so far 851.475(1)-806.475(2)-851.850(3)-806.850(4)-852.475(5)-807.475(6)-853.1625c(7)-808.1625(8)
I have it trunking but I cannot hear both sides of the conversation. Any help please.

You need to listen the higher side of the pair. Disregard the freqs below 851.000. Only listen to the repeater outputs above the 851 range.
