One of the Tri-Cities has PC on a guy for Robbery-1. Susp cell phone Pings a tower near the Sprauge rest area (about 60 miles west of Spokane). Keeps pinging into Spokane, RMS shows a couple local addresses. His phones GPS/phase2 began showing a 'within 16 meter' location. PD sets up a welcoming committee, including two dogs. He drove into it. Kinda fun to listen to. Plus he had a DoC warrant & no contact order with a female with him. |
