I am not sure if that graph is trying to just prove that P2P and video is on the rise or what.. but I can tell you that its wrong

first there is no 20% decrease in "web" since they dont call anything else out for port 80 web is not declining
also you notice that DNS disappeared, DNS is #1 traffic (not bandwidth but traffic) 2nd only to SMTP and that is a battle depending on your caching

dont know who's network they are watching but its for sure isnt the internet
