First, try selecting "Reset Safari" from the Application menu. See screenshot. Does that help?
If not, are you getting any error messages corresponding to this? Is there any
Console.app can be found in the utilities subfolder of your applications folder. Launch it, select "Open Console Log" under the File menu, and then press the "Clear" button on the toolbar. Once you've done that, try to access one of the problem sites.
Paste anything that appears in the Console afterward into a reply here, and I'll see if I can determine what's going wrong.
