Did you hear about the idiot with a scanner that got busted by the cops -- for being a real jerk. Russell Spade of Redding, California heard the local police chasing two suspects near his home. He had nothing better to do than to go change his clothes -- so that he would look just like one of the bad guys and when the cops drove by his home -- he ran outside and waved at the police. The Redding Police officers didn't think it was funny and so they took Mr Spade to Jail for being a jerk.
