PORT ANGELES —
The unidentified victim was riding on the back of a Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by Roger Dean Mallicott, 46, of Port Angeles when it crashed into a 1999 Ford Expedition driven by Lovera Marjorie Blackcrow, 29, on the north side of Edgewood Drive near Dry Creek Road early Sunday.

******* Both Mallicot and Blackcrow were arrested for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol and vehicular homicide.
Blackcrow was booked into the Clallam County jail at 4:14 a.m. on Sunday. She is being held without bond.
Mallicott was booked in the jail 35 minutes later. He is being held on $500 bond for the DUI charge.
