Again.

Apparently if you're female & drive a Tahoe one can do 45-ish on snow covered residential streets. Through uncontrolled intersections.

I must say that I am impressed with PSE's phone system. Suffered an outage this evening and called PSE's 800 number to report the outage. ANI caller ID going on there automatically looked up the account and announced that not only were they aware of the problem, but the cause of it. Since it was a downed tree, they had no idea when power would be out, but that an estimated 1,402 customers were affected.

Of course listening to them on VHF was pretty nifty--they announced that they were re-energizing the circuit. Wasn't at home when they announced that, the peace of mind knowing I'd come home to an energized house was good.

With all the other issues I've been having this month, it's glad to know some technology still works!
