Finally got my permit on the 22nd.

Now also have a Springfield XD40 SC. I like it. So far I've only put 43 rounds though it. Pretty loud but kick is I'd say about equal to a .38 "saturday night special " and a 357 revolver. When I got done, I took it all apart and cleaned and lubed and oiled and put back together all ready to go.

It's hardly one of these:

I found that .40 was more of a snap while .45 was more of a push....

.40 is higher velocity, but smaller bullet.

Pistols are for kids. Real men pack rifles and put PISTOL on them to fool the police.

Just kidding.:D

Congratulations on finally getting your CWP Joey!

After a rotation to the sandbox you might rethink your 5.56.

Make an AR10 pistol to go with your AR15. I believe the AR10 is being manufactured again as the AR10B.

Regardless, it would be nowhere near as cool as my M82A1 pistol.

It has very little recoil. About the same as shooting a 10 gauge slug.

BWS made these a number of years ago. Perhaps you can find one on the used market:

It needs a grenade launcher and a bayonet.
And maybe a couple lights.
And a laser.
And a cup holder.

first off, congrats on attaining your CWP, I have a sig P229 in 40 that is my everyday carry a very nice weapon i have not had any problems with it what so ever, lightweight easy to control & easy to conceal & an original military issue springfield 1911 that isn't too bad to conceal..

I purchased a Taurus Judge 2 weeks ago. Put about 50 rounds through it so far. I like it. Not very accurate at a distance of more than 40 ft but if someone breaks into your house or trys some crap up close this will make em hurt.

I'm going to be filing for a cwp as soon as I have a spare minute during normal buisness hours. Right now it spens its day locked in the safe and its night in my nightstand
