Looking at all the BNC adaptors on top of the scanner there must be a bad signal loss. Just sayin :D

Yes, it is sad. I prefer to spend my time doing THINGS, as opposed to sitting like a moronic brain-dead zombie in front of a screen filled with overpaid (and under-talented) actors, nonsensical "plots" and numerous commercials for crap no one in their right mind would buy.

And that's just facebook. Television is a whole other story.

Quick Tim- tweet about Justin Beaver!

Sure beats staring at the wall while I eat.

And you're right, no one in their right mind would buy

That's what restaurants are for. And friends.

I'd be broke if I ate dinner at the bar (where they have TVs) every day.

I'd happily show the two blondes how the scanner works.
It even gets the NOAA channel!

Me too.
But when it gets dark out or rain/snow I usually flip it on.
Come on, Dwight had a scanner in his living room.
This a radio website.
He did, however, marry a cat-lady.
:!: (One episode he put her cat in a freezer) :!: !

Hell, I do, and I'm not broke.

No, I said I watch the occasional Netflix movie on my phone. You were busy ranting about p25 radios or something.

I should add, when I can actually find something I want to watch... Try searching for "John Wayne"- no results found. WTF?

Pity. I would hope McQ (1974) exists somewhere. Brings back memories of Seattle (and Seattle Center) before both turned into the disasters they are now, and the car chase wasn''t nearly as cheesy as "Scorchy". Then again I'd think most people would take a SD455 T/A over a VW Dune Buggy.

Except for the part where they started in Seattle and suddenly ended up on the Oregon Coast?

But I agree, good movie!
