2 3/4 would be 2.75" so your about 0.3805" under just a bit over 3/8" .....3/8" would be .375"

If I had to get my boots dirty:

And one of these:

All of my hardware is hunting oriented. My funnest is my .50 muzzle-loader. 80 grains of powder makes a big boom. Plus all the smoke. I had it at the outdoor range near Republic once, it makes the black rifle folks curious.

Be careful.

There is no 'AR-10 standard' per se, there are many companies making different versions with parts that do not interchange, not even mags....

Know what you're buying.

So how much brass has accumulated on the living room floor?
I know/knew a guy who would take the screens out of his windows in the fall "in case a deer walks by".
This, of course, was in Idaho.

I'm tossing the idea/decision between an AR-10 or M-14.
Or any AR-15/M-16 type platform that fires a 'big game' legal round.
When hunting I usually shoot from the prone. Been using a Rem pump action in '06 which is hard to manipulate the action from that position.

You don't have one, but I'll let you borrow my M1 Abrahms hot rod for a desert test spin.
And fill it up before you bring it back.
And take your beer cans with you.

No more deserts.

I want an AR chambered in some wildcat cartridge. Engraved "Ackley Improved" on the receiver.

You should turret mount twin Mosins on yer 125cc Suzuki dirtbike. Post pic.

Back in the day (1970's) I had a TM125. Sans gun mount.
The TM's were before the RM's. In case you didn't know that.
So anyway, to get back off topic, ... Zzzz I forgot what was going to say..

Oh I know. I nearly bought my ex brother-in-law's Jixxer after he had his billionth deuce and lost his license.

Should've bought a dual sport instead...go riding with Jolene Van Vugt.

Um, moar gunz?

Dude get a dual-sport. They open up a lot of roads. Great for pre-season recon. The de-tuned jap bikes are reliable. Putt around FS roads with minimal fuel.
Do not wheelie past Bellevue guys on ST's.
