I happened to be a the right place at the right time. Someone was sitting in the driver's seat warming it up. Just as I got this shot off, he pulled out and headed for I-5.

I've seen this pic around, but just noticed the LE boat docked,
A tow strap, and possibly, the guy who can't pass the PT test.
