WFLA TV reports that a woman driving on the Howard Frankland Bridge in St. Petersburg, Florida suffered a strange case of road rage on July 27 around 4 p.m. She was so upset at another driver that she stopped her car, jumped on top of the other car's hood and took off her blouse. The topless woman exhibited her road rage by flashing the other driver!

When police arrived, the topless woman ran into traffic to avoid getting arrested, notes WFLA, but she was soon caught and taken into custody.

Like to have heard that one over the air. :bowrofl:

Kind of makes me think 30+ years ago I was driving down the I-5 in San Bernardino County just outside of Ontario a lady was dancing around on the center divider with her birthday suite on that would have been before cell phones or 911, I pulled over as soon as I could called the police heard it over the scanner and went around for a 2nd look. its been so long maybe 911 was up and running back then but I cant just rember, I do rember that Cop cars where faster. we just had to out run the radio back then.

If it was on a Friday, I could blame it on Tom Leykis

There was a call a few years ago of two girls in their late teens, or early twenties flashing passing cars from the sidewalk. When it was dispatched I heard two or three offers say they were "out of position" to respond. I had a friend who was mobile in the area and he heard the call. He was on scene within a few minuets (he was just trying to do his civic duty to observe and report). He told me he thought there had been a bank robbery in the area there was so many black and whites driving around that block. It was about five minutes later one of the offers reported a UTL. My friend had seen the girls and confirmed the reported activities. He was surprised that the PD did not stop and talk to the girls who were right were the RP said they were, but he did not see the girls flash any patrol cars.
