If you get the page cannot be displayed error just hit F5 or the refresh button on your toolbar instead of the back button. It'll warn you that you might be doing something stupid, but in this case it's OK.

Also, be glad that phpBB (what we're using here) was coded properly. Two of the biggest offenders, Invision Power Board and Web Wiz, are coded that if you hit the back button, your hard work is "gone".
