| Post subject: | Newbie, how to listen to local police radio |
Hey guys, I'm a newbie in regards to the radio world. My question is, is there a way, or an app, that will allow me to listen to live local police radio? All of the apps that are out there don't have my area. I know the frequency that my local pd is on. Is there any other way than a scanner to listen or is there another way? Thanks in advance. |

If one of the online scanner sites does not cover your area or areas you want to listen to, you are going to have to get a scanner which will cover the frequencies in your area of interest. |
