The nationwide Amtrak Police number is (800) 331-0008. Distpatch is in Philadelphia, so tell them where you are calling from. Otherwise - use 911.

I never knew that AMTRAK had their own Police dept...

I dont have that number on my file, I just call BNSF dispatch. I will have to check into it further now.

Their presence is more seen on the east coast; but I think they have some operations at LA Union Station.

I have seen a unit dressed as "Amtrak Police" in Seattle area.
I think it was a Suburban or something.
It was a while ago.

Yeah, I have seen that unit in around Portland once. Seattle has a major base so it would make sense there.

Matt Le Blanc but I'm not sure if he is still working there. I think it was just him for the entire NW out of SEA. Rode the Seahawk trains back in the day with a really long baton.
