If you are trying to do a LIBRARY UPDATE there is a bug that Whistler knows about. When trying to do an update it shows "Socket error #10060". The current version of the library is 879. I called Whistler support and they are working on the problem but have no time when it will be corrected. |

That library draws its information from the RR database, so you get ALL of the inaccuracies for free. Pass. |

At least you know your scanner , your cable and the program are OK and the problem is coming from the internet side. |

Just go to the EZ-Scan menu and push the current time/date to the radio to verify that. Anything is better than that "database". |
