I listen to my scanner and I hear them taking "use channel 4" or " use channel 2"... What is going on and how do I access these channels? |

A lot depends upon where you are located. Are you in Monroe, by chance? |

NH had a long standing channel plan for years that was (from memory) Ch-1 Local Ch-2 155.4750 Statewide Interop Ch-3 County SO Ch-4 was the North or South NHSP Interop 155.9100 or 156.0900 depending on where you are.
