Jamming "The Buzzer" (aka Dead Hand). Hilarious. This horrid waste-of-spectrum station has been around forever. I remember when they used to have hot mic issues with some interesting background chatter. Take a listen to 2/17/22 at 18:00 UTC. Makes me almost miss the "woodpecker". |

The goose and a WHOLE bunch of other things were found in this band...especially a hilarious one called the pip. Ofc, these signals are for the intended purpose of message formats that have 4-5 different priorites. (highest being "monolit". OH8EFI gives a nice breakdown of these signals as they are all from the same infrastructure, the russian diplomacy and military services... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1ca4lguEss The goose is accuracetly described as a commandment system. Just like the Buzzer is, and follows same message procedures as it. |
