Hearing several CHP regions up at my house (Washington state) tonight.. Humbolt to Needles. Some full quieting..

getting as far south as san jose today 42.5 T103.5

I was getting Fresno and Needles almost full quieting for most of the day. Today its been nothing.

Ya dead here too was hoping for some milcom but just CHP for me

San Jose back today

Needles to Susanville CHP fairly alive the last 6 hours.. Fresno strong right now.

Very good this afternoon as well.

I've had daily contacts on 29.6 FM from SoCal to TX/TN/KY mornings and OH/IL/IN afternoons. All from a CDM1550 and a 1/4 wave vertical.
Funny thing is I hear the TX/TN/KY stations working WA stations yet I don't hear the WA stations. Guess its all in the path.

Get on 29.6 if you have it. Fun stuff !

Actually seeing some Louisiana base stations on 44.58 today in Tacoma.. Wonder if things are coming alive right now..

Low band through about 470 here is amazing right now. Overlapping traffic from all over the East Coast and South.

One of the radio stations I was listening to on the way home from work is a local 80's station; it was getting overpowered by a Spanish language station that never ID'd. Cuba? Central America?

Was told by locals there's a Puerto Rican station that frequently overrides a local one in the spring here.
