B - with a Secondary NAC $041 - never heard/used
C - with a tertiary NAC $042 - never heard/used
IO1 - VHF Interops [NIFOG] and DHS Net/Tac, but not the DOJ 25 Cities :(

the 3 NACs might explain some of the spacing across each of the Airports mapped for NACS
