I have been searching the FCC database and all the other databases for the operational freqs for Sterling Estates of West Cobb in Cobb County GA but have been unable to find these freqs. Does anyone know why these freqs can not be found? Can they be removed or unavailable from all databases? Can you suggest where these freqs can be found? Thanks very much and Stay Safe.....

They might be unlicensed. Check FRS/GMRS/MURS frequencies. Its also possible they lease radios under the leasing companies license.

Never thought of that!!
This may be the case so they would not have a formal license.
Thanks for the info!

I've found some of these Retirement villages on unlicensed [search 465-470] for the Alarm [door, room, Smoke, CO2] monitoring
Others I needed to track back the ownership [Prior names] and/or the Corporate Parent, in another state.

And then finally, some have rented on the local LTR/DMR radio shops repeaters as well as FRS/GMRS

I tracked down the management company as well as doing a radius search in the FCC DB. Nothing looked terribly promising.
