On the King Co Motorola 800 MHz trunk, Columbia Tower site, TG 45424 SeaDeptAdminSvcsA there was digital P25 voice traffic testing today.

Hmmm, that is not P25, it is Type II "Astro" digital. The talkgroup belongs to the Seattle radio shop. Probably just testing the channel after it was disabled by an illegal carrier, and returned to normal service.
