This tsunami siren is located near Ocean Shores, WA. Birch Bay and Blaine are getting them soon. Does anyone know what frequency triggers them to alarm?

I believe that quite a few along the coast actually controlled by satelite. |

The attached pic looks like a VHF 1/4 wave mast mounted about mid point on the pole ? I recall that both Oak Harbor and Coupeville use a 155.xxx freq w / DCS for voice ( public address ) override. |

Find a system, figure out how it works, then test it.... Not cool that they kept doing it but........ They just need to hire them to work at 'the radio shop' to keep them on the right path.. |

I recently found a reference to 154.3025 (CSQ) as "Tsunami" for the Jefferson County area. This is also VFIRE-26 and usually carries a tone of 156.7, but this referred to it as carrier squelch. Not sure if it has any relation to sirens or if it's designated as an evacuation tac channel? |

Just guessing that it takes more than just a key-up at 5W. Just a guess.... |
