IC-R30 Communications Receiver (Handheld) The IC-R30 is the successor to the popular IC-R20 compact handheld receiver. The IC-R30 can listen to two signals under certain conditions (analogue + analogue or analogue + digital). The IC-R30 will be able to decode D-STAR, P25, NXDN and dPMR digital (conventional) modes.

Yep and they're also releasing the R8600 which is the successor to the R8500. It'll support wide-band receive (30khz -- 3Ghz) and support P25, NXDN and DMR conventional receive. :) http://qrznow.com/icom-ic-r8600/ The only downside that it'll have a touchscreen interface. Yuck! |

It will be interesting to see if they finally make a scanner that will trunktrack. I hope the P25 will be Phase 2. Bet it will be $$$$$ |
