Chris, I just happened to check the FCC Field Activity page the other day and saw the 2nd one regarding the cell phone jammer. I'd love to hear the back story behind that one! When I saw the amount I was like whoa... but then I kept reading and the FCC said he did this for 2 years!

Love this guy's reasoning. From the last line of the article:

"An inspection of the vehicle revealed the cell phone jammer behind the seat cover of the passenger seat. Humphrey stated that he had been operating the jammer to keep people from talking on their cell phones while driving."
