Well don't tell me I told you so, but here goes. So I did some research and spent countless hours programming Secret Service and White House Communications Authority..... and about 99% of what I could catch was encrypted and very short, burst type transmissions. possibly "frequency hop" technology similar to what armed forces use. Was worth a shot. Out of all the listening from 3:00pm local until I left the DT area, I only caught 1 brief transmission that was NOT encrypted. Ill go through my active frequencies and post them here, although encrypted, at least we can know what they used here. Or someone used here..
