AVAIL soon from Scanner Master $1195.

It’s the FIRST multi-mode digital voice receiver to receive and decode virtually ALL popular digital modes including: MOTOTRBOTM, DMR, dPMRTM, APCO P25, NXDNTM, Icom D-StarTM, Digital CR, Yaesu, Kenwood®, and Alinco EJ-47U as well as conventional
analog signals.

Does not trunk. Does not do P-25 II.

Quick update on this... before anyone runs out to buy one...

To say this receiver was released a tad early would have been an understatement. Even its designer admitted that it wasn't ready for a retail release. The firmware is buggy and the receiver lacks even basic features.

It did decode the modes it claimed albeit with some major caveats... the biggest one being that you couldn't "scan" frequencies to find say a random DMR conversation. Also, the receiver didn't output any useful information other than the audio output.

The designer is committed to the radio but it has also been met with a lot of skepticism now after its release.

Needless to say, it's best to stay away from this receiver.

Too bad. Looked like a possible winner.
