| Post subject: | Can't Receive Traffic |
I have a digital trunking scanner and as of Jan 30 2015 have not been able to pic up anything since the sheriffs office switched to trunking....anyone know anything about why we cant hear anything in Humphreys Co Tenn!.....Thank you in advance! |

Looks like the state has switched to a Phase 2 TDMA system on 700Mhz. Do a control channel only scan in the 768-775 range and you'll probably find the McEwen control channel. Also your "digital" scanner must support Phase 2 trunking. There are only (4) scanners that do this: Uniden x36, HP2, GRE PSR800/Whistler 1080. |

or if you have the uniden 436 hp you can just type in your zip code and it will give you systems in your arear works great love mine and it does p1 and p2 |
