having real issues , wanting to put in vhf/uhf freqs into Sentinel-to radio for monitoring

i assign to it to quick key 1 after i apphend it and try to transfer to radio
cant transfer states nothing to scan

what am i doing wrong???

i had put location settings to ON
for whatever reason, radio would not transfer sentinel info to radio
turned location setting to OFF

all my info i put into Sentinel transfered and im scanning my on fav list
why did this affect me i wonder

If you go into "Edit Profile" you may have "Location Control" set to YES for your favorites list. That's the only explanation I can think of...
