Has anyone with a subscription been able to get The Spectrum Monitor site to complete the order so you can receive the January 2014 issue? When I try following the emailed instructions everything goes well until I get to the last part where you should get an order conformation it won't go any further. Great way to start out! :puke:

Update: Just received an email from another subscriber who is on ScanL who is having the same problem so it isn't just me.

Update: They are aware of the problem and working on a solution.

According to new information on The Spectrum Monitor web site Network Solutions is working on the problem and hopes to have it corrected by sometime tomorrow. New email will be sent to subscribers when the problem is corrected.

From the Network Solutions web site...

"Whenever I call Network Solutions' customer service department, a live person actually answers the phone! Network Solutions' customer service cannot be beat — the reps are always very courteous, helpful and friendly."

Did they make the Obama Care site? :bowrofl:

I think they have the problems worked out and the first issue should be available for download today. I just did a test download on my iPad, Android phone and laptop.

Keep an eye out for an update via email...

Just did a test and it still doesn't work. Will wait until the email and try again then.

Yeah, don't go through the original directions again. I think they are just going to tend out an email link to subscribers directly to the download site. At least that's what we were testing this morning. They discovered some editing that needed to be done on the PDF file before releasing to the subscribers…

Thanks Chris.

Got it downloaded on my laptop and in the process of downloading on the cell.

Federal Wavelengths looks good! As does the rest of the issue.

Will you have a column in each issue or every other issue like in MT?

Hope they get the download feature operating properly.

They have a month to get it right now.

Update:

Have it loaded on the cell now and it is pretty cool to be able to read it anywhere.

I like this much better than the way MT Express issues could not be saved after the years subscription passed.

I don't think you could save them could you?

I read that wrong and was worried I'd missed an email somewhere!

Yes, the Federal Wavelengths column is monthly, so you get one with each issue.

I was always able to save the PDF version of MT as long as I wanted. You just needed the unique password to download each issue.

Chris, They printed your email wrong at the top of the page of Federal Wavelengths!

"cpariss@thefedfiles.com"

I'll get them to change it, but it's OK, the emails will still get to me…
