The other fun is to hear the VHF AM handoffs from takeoff. On past visits I've heard into MT. and easly to OR.

First time I remember seeing KV All Gov in use, but I'm usually listening to Seattle...

Oh -- the good old days.

I remember being with you and Dennis, with his shortwave ham rig on his lap in the passinger seat of my car listening to AF 1 and Crown while we were outside of the hanger that Carter was speaking at the night before he lost the election. Jody Powell had already called Carter over Echo Fox letting him know his numbers people were putting him in the loss column.
Tomorrow morning's drive to SEA is going to be a hot mess.
