Do I have to plumb the audio from the speaker jack on the scanner into the phone physically or can I use the mediocre built-in microphone on the phone held up next to the radio when the MDC chirp transmits? |

Just hold it up. Listened to City Light's UHF system today and it decoded the IDs just fine. :beer: |
