Forgot to mention, traffic on Thurston County Tac-1 (155.550) at 0000 on 01JAN11:

Capcom- "Time is 0000 hours, Happy New Year"

Unit- "County-1, in service, Happy New Year"

Capcom- "Uh....copy in service, sir, time now 0001 hours" (sounded very surprised to hear the Sheriff on the radio).

I have the recording of this. I always make sure to record on the "party" holidays. On Halloween I got a scanrec of a drive-by shooting here in Olympia. Just hearing that sends chills up my spine. Hope everyone had a very good new year.
