As you probably know, RS has done this a couple of times at Thanksgiving.

The real deal here is if you can you can use a friends and family coupon with this sale.

That adds a 30% discount on top of the sale price bringing the net price down to $209.

Bought a 197 and a 106 this way a couple of years ago.

Just looked; no sign of a FF coupon at this moment.

Yeah I saw that, I think they have a 30 day price protection but they are assholes for doing this. I hope people go back in and demand the balance. I jumped ship and went with Uniden. I really like my 396XT after I figured out the basics.
