Does anyone know what NHIC means when response on license app comes back from Canada?

NHIA- No Harmful Interference Anticipated

Im going after a highband VHF frequency now... Im hoping that luck continues.

Ahhhhh. We're having one hell of a time with VHF in the Ferry/Okanogan area. Every damn thing is HIA...when it's clearly not based on terrain and TX power levels from our side of the border. Good luck with that....

You at least have their Industry Canada frequency lookup page? http://sd.ic.gc.ca/pls/engdoc_anon/web_search.frequency_range_input

Ive actually had more problems with UHF freqs on this side. But they did deny us a LERN station but the coordinator put together a nice little letter for the return and it sailed through the next time.

The coordinator can also ask them to do the analysis manually as they rely on computer usually.
