Looks like R/S has all their low end scanners on sale for a fantastic savings of $5 & $10. No sale on the ones we might buy. :roll:

They do have some pretty good deals on most of their shortwave stuff though. :D

That's the Shack for ya. I went into the one on Lakeway, which sells very little scanner stuff even compared to the mall one, to get an adapter, which of course they didn't have. The guy there thought my scanner was a CB, and didn't know what a BNC to Motorolla adapter was. Totally pointless trip. Back 15 years ago when I was 12, you could actually go into a Radio Shack and talk to people that had some knowledge. Ahhh the good ol' days. :roll: Oh well!

yeah thats it..but now I didn't want to go to the mall because all the holiday craziness. I will wait it out for a while, lol
