That's about as bad as my BCD396XT vs. PRO197 decoding MACC's P25 trunk system. Uniden is much better.

And if you notice he's decoding a CAP+ system... Uniden had major issues with that too in their early firmware releases. I'm guessing Whistler probably didn't do much testing just so they could beat Uniden to market.

The latest firmware by Uniden is pretty good... works great so far on CAP+ and CON+ systems.

And I recall a previous post about uniden meeting the competition and not charging for the upgrade...

I think I'm going to buy the Whistler and set both of my 325P2 radios on fire. My experience with them has completely soured me on any Uniden products forever.

Their R&D folks can die in a fire as far as I'm concerned.

I couldn't keep watching that video, had about five minutes of him scrolling thru all the channels in it. Not sure if there is any way to turn off the key beep but it was really annoying.
