I am hearing faintly the unmistakeable pulse of DMR today, per FCC Its listed as authorized to Skagit transit ?
the WA correction other user is too far for me to hear
possibly new radio's for transit ?

Where are you monitoring from? Your profile says BC. There's a ton of DMR there.

The license you implied specifies FM modulation. This doesn't mean much but you'd think they would have marked it DMR.

Can't say for certain. Head up to Lyman Mt and see if the signal gets stronger. ;o)
