I have a copy of 04.02.15 FCC, Final Report on Consolidation of FCC Field Offices.pdf if anyone wants it. I did not find it online after a quick search.

http://www.eham.net/articles/34210.

Apparently, there has not been much response to this from the public safety, commercial or amateur wireless community.

From the WWRIC email list.

I wonder if the monitoring station at Totem Lake will survive. That place is totally unmarked.

Hah, I needed a good lunchtime laugh.... "the Bureau would develop a so-called "Tiger Team" of field agents". If the "Tiger Team" joins forces with the "Panda Patrol", they'll be unstoppable. I can envision this ruthless band of agents chopping down antennas with machetes, face paint and all.

So, if the sole enforcement agent in Washington consolidates with himself...?

He'll probably end up packing a pistol, and referring to everyone as Mr. Anderson.

Nearest office will be San Fran. I feel an urge to violate some CFR47 Rules and Regulations coming on...
