Does anyone have a clue who this could be?

It was caught on 16.006.75 MHz FM @ 530pm PDT.

Have a scanner with a leaky IF nearby ? Given that its FM, and a repeater output, and running PL, and with a tone remote base would be some clues here...

Not from my gear Rich. I had just got home and turned on the computer and the Perseus. I just happen to see the odd signal for a few seconds when I realized it was FM. I then started to record it and caught the last 10 seconds or so...

I am only about 2 miles from WSP HQ in Eastgate...

It sounds too clear to be a harmonic from 32 Mhz...

In that case its probably a nearby mix with a 16mhz difference. It sounds like one side was carrier only.
